Paypal .. verify without credit card?

I think it's 'cause you don't have to give them your personal information.. and basically anyone can get a VCC? I'm not sure! (Since I just learnt about it today )

Basically anyone can get a VCC and get Verified < if they work > and thats not the real purpose of the Verification Thingy of Paypal .

 

do these VCCs work with non-US residents? incase i have a VCC, would i be able to withdraw money from paypal to any bank account that i'm going to put on my paypal control panel?

 

Yes any one can get these VCCs. If you have a bank account attached with your paypal account then you can easily withdraw funds from your paypal account.

PS: thanks Mixke for answering. So you were saying that the whole purpose of verification dies with Virtual Credit card. But these are best for people who don't have credit cards.

Even if this bank is located in a country not supported by Paypal? Assuming i'm in a country that's not in Paypal list of supported countries.

Hey its compulsory to add your credit card information in order to get a paypal account.Its just to verification purpose.After that its in no way concerned with your credit card.

I don't have a credit card... but my account got verified a couple of months back Don't know why... maybe they just love me? Haha, nah.. there must of been something I did, but I can't figure it out.

NO way. YOu can't withdraw funds like this. Your bank account must be of the country supported by paypal otherwise every one knows what paypal do to such accounts

Well, now you can also purchase bank accounts of other countries with ATM Cards

You need a bank account.

Yeah, to get verified you need to do 2/3 things, 1. add a bank account, 2. add a credit card, or 3. add social security number. So, yea if you just add your ss and bank acct. your good.

 

You can use a debit card to generate a VCC for verrification.

i have the same probleme i am blocked on bulding my site an growing up my busninesss

for indonisia and india thay can do it by puting banck account
for other they must have visa card because i hear that VCC is againt tos and you will loose all you fund if you veirifed by it

so may be the solution is using a freind visa card that will expire in some days and that have zero credit

so any one can help us
