Paypal Verified using VCC

Hi DP,

I got my paypal verified using VCC, but

Paypal limit my account access due to the following reason:

"Our system detected unusual activity on a credit card linked to your PayPal
account."

Not paypal is requiring me to submit Photo ID, Confirm Bank Account, and a credit card statement.

Now I have now my own real debit mastercard ,
What if I add my debitcard, will paypal unlimit my account?
Should I tell them I use a VCC?

 

Yes! Call them and explain the things.
Tell them that you were not aware about it.
You can otherwise close your PayPal account and open a new one.

Ok, I still have $25 on my PP, while limited I can't close the account.

But I hope they consider, when I tell them.

If you have debit card, you should use it from the start

 

Yes, I have called them severally for various issues.
Even, I have sent them emails about my issues and I DO get replies to my calls and emails.
So, I think, they must consider it!

 

Yes, from his outcome we can know whether we can verify PP with VCC or not.

yes,you can use VCC.But it's risky

You cannot verify with vcc so most likely they wont remove the limitation though best of luck and do let us know their reply.

It was all automated email. Should I re contact them?

 

Yes this is an automated Email,. but they will answer shortly,. !

 

You just lost your funds. Don't use any VCC, use VCCs those by HDFC Bank only.

 

Inform paypal, that you used with virtual card, and submit your bank account information, and your photo id. They will resume your account as usual.

Unless you done something wrong, you dont need to worry.

 

I call paypal, and they said that my account was closed. They said that the account was in limited access, so I can request the withdrawal of my funds.

Now, they said they will reinstate my account if I can give another Photo ID for verification.

P.S. I said to them that I use VCC.
I will withdraw that funds next time.
I am now using Alertpay, Verified in minutes using Phone Verify, I also verify using Mastercard. They have great support, just withdraw 150euro to my mastercard in just 3days.

Just give them a call. Nothing will happen unless you've actually done something wrong yourself.
