    Greetings,

I recently signed up for Paypal for online transaction (which only involves sending money not withdrawing). But in the verification stage I found that Paypal doesn't accept Debit Cards of any Indian banks. And I don't have Credit card nor I am going to get one soon enough. So my question is, is there any other way to get the Paypal account verified? I have heard that you can use HDFC Netsafe and ICICI Virtual credit card but I do not know how to go about these. Can anyone please elaborate the procedure and the pre-requisites? Also are there any others from other banks? Any help is appreciated!

    Thanks,
    CN

What are the pre-requisites for it? Do you have to have a Debit card or a Credit card? To avail the facility any form needs to filled up and submitted to the bank?

its illegal to use VCC and when paypal will find out that later, then they will limit the account and ask for CC statement when the user cannot provide because VCC dont comes with statement...

Using a VCC generated from any source, let it be Netsafe or any other is not allowed by PayPal, Initially you will be able to verify your account using a VCC but once that is detected by PayPal,You account would get limited, I am not very sure but I guess,You can send your identity documents to PayPal and request them to have account verified,

Alternatively, You can use any of your siblings real credit card and have the verification done
