Hey everyone. I have a paypal account which has $205 stored on it but I have no way of sending or withdrawing the money because it isnt verified. I cannot get a real credit card because I am only 17. I need a "VCC" or something similar that will only allow me to transfer funds out of the account. I don't want something that I have to put my address/financial information/etc. Can I get some advice? Do you know of any legit cards or people trading them? And is there rule against using it on paypal, will paypal limit my account? Thanks, danny
Do your parent have a credit card? Ask them to contact their back and request for yourself a Addon CC use that to verify your account! N Btw today even kids are issued a Credit Card your age should not be a problem. I think you will want to continue staying in online business and do more transaction in future right? Why not go via the legal n legit way?
You should be able to get a credit card of your own. I got one at 17. It is actually a really good way to start building up your credit score. Make a little purchase each month and pay it off, so that you can start building up your score.
no, my parents dont use credit cards. I did have a legit paypal account which was verified by my bank but paypal limited the account I think due to selling steam accounts. Anyways, by bank is tied up to the locked account so I made a new paypal account to collect my business money.
I am 17 and have my own credit card but before I had one at 16 years old I got my sister who had one to withdraw the money for me. Because your 17 you can apply for a credit card yourself so there shouldn't be a problem for you to get the money out of paypal.

How is a VCC ever legit since it is not issued by the banking channels and it does not come with any verification as it is sold to anyone.
Paypal may limit your account in the later time even you use VCC. They will require some proofs documents from you to re-enable it.
you can use VCCs for time being...after that its better to get a bank account for urself.....safe way..
