i have a US paypal account but i do not live in the US but paypal need my photo identity either of this. 1.drivers license 2.passport 3.military identity But 1 and 3 i can not provide but 2 i can provide but would they paypal accept my passport from a country it does not support? Please help me
If you have no useful advice do not relpy to the thread,mind you my name and address are genuine and not fake but am not in US and i can not provide their required photo id that is all
You did a mistake by providing wrong information dude. I think they will lock your account for 180 days.
In the first place, why did you open a US account if you are not really from US? Even if you can provide all the requirements but your country is different, it won't be approve.
If you were in the US at one time when you opened PayPal account (assumption), you need to contact PayPal directly and explain that you've moved out of the U.S. They may request more documentation from your end to prove that you were, in fact, a U.S. resident at one time. If they decline to use the information you submit and they limit your account for 180 days, its best to move on and find another payment processor who provides money exchange services in your country or region. Then request to withdraw the funds you have in your U.S. PayPal account after the 180 days.
Since you have funds in US PP acc and it is limited, you can provide the Photo Id - the passpost, only if has been issued by USA and not any other country passport. Else, just send them an email and explain the situation that you cannot provide those details. They will limit ur acc for 180 days, or better you refund the amt to ur providers and then ask them to pay it using a different method.
