    It works, however it is very risky. Once they lock your account, its pretty much impossible to get the info back from the vcc.

    Why you don't try Payoneer MasterCard? Get a Payoneer Debit Card and link it with you PayPal and withdraw your PayPal funds in any country using Payoneer MasterCard.

    I think if you use the VCC to verified your paypal, its high risk for your account in future. So, you can try legal method through your credit cards.

    Verification using VCC is risky IMO as in future if paypal ask for statement then what would you do that time ??

    Paypal Vcc Works Fine.They dont check Vcc or cards as risky.But they check your activity.How and where you use use paypal. virtual credit cards (vcc) is safe to use.But If you always login multiple Ip and multiple country or where paypal not issued Like Pakistan Bangladesh IP,s then they will blocked.Most of Vcc user used non supported country.after limited they claim in virtual credit cards (vcc).

    Its not their virtual credit cards (vcc) Problem problem on their activity.
