Paypal verification troubles

    What are the other solutions to lift a limited account in India if i don't have a utility bill?

    Well, if you don't have an utility bill, you can use your passport or driving license.

    Better call them once and tell them your problem. they will help you for sure ! :)

    Electricity Bill, Gas Bill, Telephone Bill, Driving License etc. :confused:

    Paypal would not ask for such documents unless the information supplied by you shows a mismatch and created a doubt about your identity.

    You would need to produce any document related to your identity to put such doubts to rest...

    It would not be bad idea to call them to know what is bothering them?

    You should submit your passport or bank statement I think they will accept it

    Identification card or bank statement can be accepted. But only if there are writing in english
