I am from india.I have a international mastercard debit card but I cannot get it verified.What could the reason be? I was reading a thread about virtual credit cards but I am not sure.Could someone clarify? Also once verified does paypal lift your sending and receiving limits completely and can you transact as much as you want?Please reply
