The account verification is now available through Credit Card?

I had initiated a verification process in Feb 22nd 2010..the two small amounts never reached my account...and i was struck there only....i had contacted paypal several times...they will look into the matter..that time my funds were not high..but right now because of the limit...i am always having more than 700-800$ struck in the account...which i consider as unsafe though i receive funds only from File hosts and im not a reseller.

What can i do know...Do i need to have a credit card?

My Other PP account has been verified through VCC, which i dont think is pretty secure even though i never had a problem...

    Please suggest....

Extract of the Mail from Paypal....

Try deleting bank account and adding it again.
Not sure if that option is there for verification as never used it to verify, But you can delete your bank account from it.

I am surprised to see Indian bank accounts being excluded once again from the verification process! This method helped lot many people and there appears no reason for them to withdraw it.

I guess... credit card is the only reliable option left for you now. :(
