    Hello I was buy paypal virtual credit card from http://cheapvcc.biz/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=101

    and verifed instantly.

    So now can i sent and received money to anyone?

    If it says you are verified on your paypal account then the answer is yes.

    Edit: Do you even trust these people? Did you get your email and did it work?

    Its not good to use Virtual Credit Card to verify, when the account is limited then its a problem.

    You can send money even if you are not verified. Only a few businesses will not accept money from unverified accounts

    Sure you can. If your account was got limited, try to verify it using your ID. I ever experience that and it worked.
