I have a verified PP account but i want to withdraw the money. They ask me to add a visa card. I have added my debit card to make payments. I do not have a VISA card. Can i add a visa card which is not mine and still withdraw the money or is ti necessary to add a visa card with my name on it? Thanks..
No his account will still have verified status, I have done that with mine PayPal also and it still says verified. The reason behind this is that no body can misuse your account in case they cracked into it. Thanks
