Paypal Verification - How to verify Buyer

I have a problem I suspect someone who is paying me is not actually from the country he claims to be and also the details aren't correct. Payment seems ok though, but anyway I can check if the Buyer is Verified?

I can only find from Paypal how to check Seller is verified, but they do not seem to give us the ways to check if Buyer is Verified.

do you know his email id

if yes then just send him in .10$ and then you can see confirmation of sending money,

below email address of the person you can see a link non-us verified member or us verified member

    click on the link

    and you see the
    country he is from
    how old his paypal account
verified== also personal premier or business account

uf you are unable to see any link that means he is unveified

    ok

In today's time and age, you see a lot of people here who advocate providing fake details and using VCC to verify their accounts. When they do that, there is no way to rely on the verification status and it means nothing.

If you have not delivered anything and if you are feel fishy about the whole deal then just politely reject the order and refund the person his money. In the end, trust your instinct.

yah the best thing is to rely on the age of paypal account
a account 1 yr old or more can be trusted

but new account like 1 or upto 6 months r difficult to trust

Really appreciate both of you for the invaluable advice, really need such advice to reassure myself because the payment is here but doubtful, rejecting seems a pity, but I think eddy is right, I rather reject it than have those bogus orders. Thanks once again to both of you.
