    Can I add a credit card were it's name is different in my registered name in paypal?

    How different is different ? If it is your legal name, you could ask paypal to change your account name to match that. As long as it is your name, when you add a credit card, you can change the first name but the last name must be what you have submitted.

    You are not allowed to use any other person's CC in your account name. But if its your account and CC, then you can edit the first name in the paypal account but I am not sure about the last name.

    i think they are not going to accept user name on account with different CC name holder.

    You might be label as identity theif if you do that (someone told me before on this forum) Just apply your own card, better be safe than sorry.

    Make a new account with your credit card also if you have any money to your existing account you can add a VCC and transfer the money to your new account but i will not recommended this because sometimes vcc make some problem.Good Luck
