    Hello Mr. Vivek,

    I have heard a lot about you. I hope you can help me. I have just got a SBI Silver Master Card. I am trying to link it to Paypal. I have to pay an international website urgently through paypal. When I try to link the card to paypal, it says that the card has been refused by the bank that issued the credit card. I know its a common problem as I have read about it on the websites.
    I need your help as I really want to get it sorted out as soon as possible. Please help me with the complete process i.e. from linking the card to the expuse code.

    I tried mailing you on your mail ID but it got bounced back.

    hello sir....i want to create an a/c on payapl....but i have no idea which card,payapl accepts...i have only a SBI classic debit card...but from my friend i got to know that paypal accepts credit card & YUVA(debit card)....so is it true????

    since i am a student,,so it is not possible for me to create a credit card...so my kind request to u that plz help me,,,& let me know whether yuva card is accepted or not....if not then any other suggestion...
