no dear , you can't verify your paypal with indian debit card , because in india many bank offers account with Zero balance , so indian bank will not allow you to use your deabit card for online verification , you can verify your paypal with the help of vcc{ virtual credit card} , you can easily buy a card in $ 5 from me and i will help you to activate your account.

If its denominated in US$, then yes you can. Or in other words, if it can be used to transact in US$, then it'll work. Though,, most of debit cards(whether its international or not) dont allow transactions in foreign currency.

Still, giving it a try isnt a bad idea.

 

Let me firstly tell you that I am from India and I know for sure that you cannot verify your paypal account by using a paypal account.Just try to verify , using a credit card. These days banks give out credit card without any hassel.
