Paypal verification for chinese unverified

    hey have anyone success in verifying unverified chinese paypal with VCC and debit cards,if yea please can you give me the infos about it.and its prices.members are selling here at DP ,are those worth verifying chinese paypal did anyone succeeded with it ?
    please give me some suggestions.:)

    Not possible with debitcard. As per my knowledge. It require US debit card.
    VCC may work.

    So if paypal freeze/limit your account and want latest card statement via fax? Whats then?

    If yes then I just said the THing which he want to Listein. BTW he knows abt this. Once he asked me and i told him thing abt VCC.
    He want a Chinese Exp guy...

    I don't think it is possible to get a statement for Virtual Credit card. BTW credit card statement is not necessary to be faxed. You can send other documents like proof of address, identity proof etc.

    The OP is from Nepal so if Paypal asked for identity proof or other proof of his address, he will be stuck yet again but Nepal is an independent Kingdom and not part of China. Nepal is not within the approved list of countries which Paypal will deal with. So it is a double-whammy for him again.

    010081,if you are not from China and you told paypal that you are from China,you'd better 'withdraw' (spend ,maybe) all you money now before they take action!

    as i know Nepal will work as a Indian. But beware IT IS PAYPAL..
    I know he is from nepal. Nepal is not listed. I suggested him too abt that. China is not related with Nepal.
    Different Rules For different Countries.

    yea i'm from nepal but i stayed in china for more than 6 yrs and i have studied in china so i can get the documents of my university address as i have given to paypal if paypal ask.And the good thing is our internet service provider here in nepal is chinese company so that may help me a little.

    Hmm yes it is possible just do a cmyip .com And check what it says.. If it didn't work try whatismyip .com
    Consider the Location and the place or city..If it is showing Nepal Then u are in problem even u live ther 100yr that doesnt matter. Because u are using the account from Nepal..
