    I WAS USING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND IT WAS VERIFIED WITH VIJAYA BANK IN INDIA AND WHAT HAPPENED WAS AFTER THE FIRST SALE MADE PAYPAL EMAILED ME THAT THIS TRANSACTION WAS REVERSED AND THEN AFTER A COUPLE OF MINUTES THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT WHAT THE FUCK FOR I DONT KNOW REALLY MAY BE I WAS USING VIJAYA BANK ACCOUNT WHICH WAS NOT SUITABLE FOR PAYPAL ...

    SO I AM PLANNING TO GET A NEW PAYPAL ACCOUNT ON A NEW COMPUTER WITH NEW PAN CARD AND BANK ACCOUNT ..WILL THAT WORK ???
    ANY ONE CREATED ANY PAYPAL ACCOUNT RECENTLY ????IS THAT ALL RIGHT IN A WORKING CONDITION

    Go to resolution center.. There is a what mus you do to lift your limit..

    But if you have plan to make new account, make it with different name/address.. Example, using your brother or family that have different address with you..
