If you do it the right way you will not get banned but if you do it the wrong way then yes they will freeze your account and stuff .. I know someone that does VCC's and you will not get banned from them if you use his

No doubt it'll work but PayPal is smart enough to limit your account.
Go legit and get a credit card, else take a shortcut and be rewarded with nightmares~

 

better use either Credit card or Debit card to verify your paypal account

 

IMHO vcc is not the way to go, try something genuine. Debit card or a bank account would be nicer.

 

I agreed!I m use VCC and VBA My 3 paypal is still verified. Here is no issue.

 

i think vcc is save ..i am and my crue use vcc to verivied paypal.that save ..since 2 years ago..

Take a look at your expire date, that is the period you can be safe with the verification
