    vcc means virtual credit card
it is used to verify ur paypla accnt
dose who dont want to use their credit cards to verify paypal for security purpose they use vcc ..
there is nothing about replacing pp
it is absolutely safe and legal

if u want to buy a vcc

VCC as explained is Virtual Credit Card. Unlike real credit card or debit card they are only one time use cards typically used to verify Paypal Accounts only.
The people who do not have real credit cards do use them to make sure their paypal is verified and limits are raised.

VCC is not illegal but the verification's main motive is to verify the identity of a person which vcc can not do.

They have expiry date of 3months from the date of issue ..

Anything else you can ask me

This is not that true. There are 2 types of VCC.

    1. Can be used only once.
    2. Can be used many times as it is reloadable. Just top up your card and it can be used again and again as long as there are still dollars in it.
    3. Some of the VCC even have an expiry date up to one year.
