Paypal & VCC! Is it possible?

    Hello,

    I haven't verified any paypal account with vcc, but just wondering, is it possible to pay from paypal account (Verified by VCC) when there is 0$ Paypal balance? Usually, paypal takes the money from CC in such circumtances, so what will he do when its VCC?

    Most VCCs are one-time usage tool and there is no way you can withdraw from a vcc after you use it to verify.

    If the VCC still have money in it,and don't expire after 24 hours yes it's possible.
