Paypal VCC can work for my country?

    Hey, I would like to buy a VCC but I am not sure, I live in Tripoli Libya which is in north africa beside Egypt, so if I buy a VCC will PayPal remove my acc or what:? Will it be safe to use?

    Ok I just bought a VCC from my friend, I made the country india(the VCC is registered in India) and verified it, and it instatly got limiatiion access why?

    You should not use vcc now to verify. You will get limited access to your paypal.

    Vcc is not meant to be used for verification by Paypal, doing so puts you at risk of being banned by Pay Pal. Those who are using Vcc for verification aims to mislead Pay Pal into thinking that they are from a different country. I won't urge you not to take the risk.

    i think most of the ppl used vcc verified paypal account the thing matter is you ip get caught thats why you get limit.
    they detect you with your country ip.

    guys, the VCC I was using was from india, i registered it, verified it immideatly and got Limited access, I need to provide papers which i don't want, so please anyone help me??

    without showing paper you cant remove your limit and after showing your papers your paypal will work safely without limitations.
