This doesnt make sense at all. How can "he" refuse to pay $750 if "he" is getting $600 to $900 per day? He wouldnt be able to keep from paying it because PayPal would simply deduct it from the balance.

Once, when I was first starting out, I had a chargeback and my balance went into the negative. It took me two weeks to get that back up above a 0. During that time PayPal never called or hassled me at all. Each time I received a payment for something my balance rose closer to the 0 mark until it became positive once again.

I dont understand it when I see people bitching and moaning about PayPal. You registered for an account, you know the possibilities and what may happen with chargebacks - PayPal didnt do the chargeback did they? NO the 'customer' did.

Your "buddy" sent out a 900 dollar item/product with no tracking or insurance???? Unbelievably dumb if you ask me

they usually call after like 120 days of non payment. they give you time to recover.

But i have a feeling he wasn't get 600-900 a day but thsi was more of a one time scam thing that hes gonna have to pay for.

The only part of the story I believe is that he was called by paypal, he verbally abused the caller, and now he is worried about it.

because you guys discovered who his "friend" was and how he probably wanted to scam someone and got caught.

people like this (if he is a scammer and verbal aggressor with racial remarks) make me sick. i never understand how they think they will get away with it.

a few months ago i sponsored a flash game from a guy for 280$ and submitted to a few major websites. guess what? it was a rip of one of 2DPlay games and modified a little bit. luckly i had a license agreement signed with this guy and i was ok. thank God.

so once again how can some people be so dumb and try to steal using paypal? if it's a fake paypal id understand but using YOUR id with your REAL NAME and ADDRESS... well this is just stupid if you ask me.

This is weird. So your friend makes anywhere between $600-$900 a day and he decides to throw all that profit away over a one time $750 payment which will ruin him on paypal, and since ebay owns paypal, may even effect his ebay account.

In a business that you're generating that much money you're bound to have people that aren't satisfied and will want a refund, it's life. So instead of just giving a refund and being out the shipping(unless he's selling an ebook or something), he decides to destroy his way of getting money, possibly his online business, reputation and threatens someone who has a job calling up people to get them to pay what they owe.

    HMMMM

Your friend is a 'tard, or he's not giving you the whole story.

What did she do to receive such abuse? Her job maybe?

The guy I bang out of order and someone that I wouldn’t want to do business with.

    Thanks Brian
