Paypal - using my cousin's account to receive my earnings?

Hi My paypal account is downgraded with “limited activity” status. Now I cannot receive any money into my account. I work for an USA based company and my earnings are withheld by the company because my paypal account cannot receive money as mentioned above. My cousin has been very helpful to me and he has an account with paypal. His address, phone, email, bank account, name etc - all the details on the account are different from mine. Can I transfer my earnings into my cousin’s account? He knows about it and has already given me his full permission. Will there be any objection from paypal? Or from the company for whom I work?I am planning to give my cousin’s email address to my employer. When the employer sends money to paypal I am not sure whether they will use just that email (cousin’s email), or they will also send my name as well (because it is my earning). If along with the funds my name is also sent then paypal obviously will get confused to see 2 different names (mine and my cousin’s names) and they may prevent withdrawal of the money from his account, is that right? Thanks,Nhansen.

Transfer from Indian account to any Other Indian account is no more supported. Besides, instead of searching for alternative, you better get the issues resolved. If you can not wait, so may even want to call them.

Anyone's account can be limited anytime, if paypal find anything suspicious so don't panic and try to resolve the issue. Call them if urgent

Thanx Khemraj, please see that I have no other choice, this is the only option left with me for one or other reason. If this doesn't work then I lose my earnings.I could call paypal and discuss, but I am sure they will say "no". And the paypal limited account status can remain like that or can go on for long time. Even God will not know whether the paypal account will be reactivated or not, if reactivated then when they will do it etc. And please see it is not transfering money from indian account to indian account; my earnings are there in USA with my employer, can that money be transfered into my cousin's paypal account? If money reaches my cousin's account then he will transfer it into his bank account then he will give it to me.ThanxNhansen

your cousin account u can use without problem to get money because its the email to be used for sending money so no issue as they need not send ur name for money transfer in paypal.

but if you get money to his bank after withdrawal he will be in little trouble too with tax etc things if it is regular routine imo

Thanks Chandan123 once again. I am glad to hear this. Yes, agree with other concerns like tax etc, but we are like a same family, he will transfer the funds to my account immediately, and I pay my taxes regularly, as long as I can show evidence that I have paid taxes to that particular amount there shouldn't be any concern. worst case scenarion if he has to pay taxes he wouldn't worry, because we are like a family. If you have time, just one more question; you have mentioned above "they need not send ur name". For the employer are there different options like sending my name too along with the funds, or they can only send the funds without my name? Why I am asking this because I do not feel comfortable to discuss all these personals with my employer like "don't send my name, just send the money" etc, probably they may not misunderstand me, but I do not know, so I like to learn about this transaction as much as posible, so that later I face no problem. If there is an option for the employer to send my name too, then I can be mentally ready at least, and also I may try and find any solution for that. You have been very helpful, thanx again, N Hansen.

No, you are mistaken. Taxes for the amount received through your cousin's account will be bear by your cousin only. You can only pay that amount to your cousin that's it as your cousin will have to pay tax for the received amount, so please confirm like what is cousin's existing income. There are different slabs for different income groups, it the matter of taxes for the received amount, however it will change the complete scenario. So, be cautious.
