Paypal - update the exchange rate

    I want to ask,. what time exactly paypal update the exchange rate every day? (example: $1 = Rp....). (GMT time)

    anyone know? please let me know.

    I think it's constantly updates like every 1 sec or something because yesterday I managed to get 4c more per $1 after refreshing and noticing it was jumping between $1.44 and $1.39 AUD per $1 USD.

    they update it twice a day... but there is not an official time
