Yes... you can surely withdraw from an unverified paypal account. You need to attach your SBI bank account to your paypal account and initiate withdrawal from the 'withdrawal' link in your account overview page. If you do withdrawal for less than Rs. 7000, you will be charged Rs.50 by paypal for such withdrawals.. otherwise it is free! Regards, RightMan

If you attach bank it is very easy to transfer from paypal a/c to your bank or you can go for cheque.
