Yes, no problem. I think the limit is $500.00 USD per month. Someone might have better answer for this.

Thats true. I am from Bulgaria. Before adding my CC i had these limitaions. You check your limitations by click on View Limits over the Balance table. Regards.

 

I will verify it but in my country (Romania) not evry card is good for PP i must do one VISA Electron from ING to work and that will take like 2 weeks or so

You can also verify your account with a VCC (virtual credit card), it works instantly...

 

That is a bad idea in many ways and not proper verification.

 

I don't whant to use VCC i whant to be able olso to withdraw the money

 

You can send and receive money, but there will obviously be a few restrictions.
