    i want know if someone who open paypal account in uk need to add a credit card and verifie his account to ableto send and recieve money using paypal or not they dont need add a credit card

    You don't need to, but someday your account will be limited and they will ask you to verify your account.
    So if you are smart you will add it now..

    You would need to if you would to like to receive the CC funds or check payments. If the sender uses paypal balance, then it won't need CC verified.

    There is no need to add CC.you can receive as must as you want.just 500$ sending limit

    If you plan to use the PP occasionally then you can ignore the verify process. However, if you are planning to use it big time, i'll advise you go through all necessary verifications. Nothing hurts more than having a limited account with PP with your funds holding
