    Hi All,

One of my friends has been scammed by a person - ecashshop.com.
He promised him to provide some services, and paid through Alertpay, becos the buyer was not accepting Paypal.

Now after 8 days the seller says that he needs more money, but needs only LR, WZ and so on. He does not want PP becos of chargebacks.

My friend says that he demanded the payment made thro alertpay, but the seller is refusing to pay and now does not even respond when he's on chat.

Is there a way to recover the money from Alertpay, by raising a Escalation case / opening a case against him.

My friend paid the seller through Alertpay Balance.
Any process in place to recover the money. Since I don't deal with AP and just stick to PP, I'm not aware of this.

Anyone whose done this, please respond, becos my friend is quite desperate to get the money from the seller.

I also checked this site ecashshop.com. It seems to be a scam site to me. No reputations whatever anywhere about this nerd.

So stay away from this site for sure.

Hell no. He does not know the procedure to do that. He is a new user to all this online earning and he's been scammed for the 1st time. So he's kinda, pissed off right now. What does he need to do exactly. I'll pass on the message

Just tell him to try and get a contact number from alertpay, phone or email, and just send what you have said here. See what tehy have to say about the matter. Sounds like he has been conned

    Well, There is a way.
Email their support after logging into account and than click HELP and than CONTACT US page..
You will be getting reply from Alertpay after 7 days because of their SHITTY customer E-MAIL support..

Better explain everything and make sure to phrase your email more explanatory as possible.

Another way is to CALL THEM for sure.. Good luck
