    ignore this fellow..he has simply pasted the old mail from somewhere just to create panic..i dont think this is RBI problem...what else do rbi want...we are giving them the purpose,pan number, personal details etc .............last thing that rbi can now ask is to have our photographs in our paypal a/c

    yup! the status is still pending as of now and not changed yet. i did withdrawal on apr 7, afternoon by 3pm.

    Hi, I think Paypal had not completed the transaction because US$ is falling rapidly every day. It has gone from 46 to 44 in 2 weeks.
    $ will soon fall to 42 as per rumors.
    So paypal is not completing the transfer, they will soon refund us back the dollars and blame RBI for it. Till that time $ will be 42.

    This is the reason the Pound withdrawal status is complete and dollar status is not

    I am talking about the actual $ rate. Suppose actual indian bank rate of 1US$ = 44.5 then Paypal offers it 43.0
    They are such a bugger thief's. The problem is we dont have other options.

    I am very sure that this delay has something to do with $ Rs exchange rate as Pounds withdrawals are successfully going through
