sir I'm new to the forum...I'm from INDIA ( KERELA)

An online Company told me that they will send 10$ paypal cash to your paypal account.

how to create a paypal Indian account?

i want to withdraw this 10$ to my bank account.

which bank account is suitable for this.

what are the things i need to verify my paypal account, to withdraw this money.

    waiting for your kind response...

No, you can't use Indian debit card.
Add your bank account and PAN card. I'm also a Paypal user from India.

Another DP user had AXIS Bank Titanium debit card and it worked for him in this thread.

You can apply for new PAN online at NSDL.

PayPal verifies PAN of every user. There will be name mismatch with your PayPal account and your father's PAN.

Better get your own PAN. It costs only Rs. 94/- for new application.

Yes, you can withdraw even though if your PayPal account is not verified. But you need PAN number to create the account.

For Indians, PAN card is mandatory to open a PayPal account.
