    I got charges too. They are 3.9% + a flat of 30 cents per payment you receive. Quite a big amount. I'm considering to upgrade to business account.

    By the way, does anyone know what happened if I get a failure notification of money sent from paypal to my bank account? Does it mean my bank account already charged for the fund declined? Or it is just a notification?
