I have heared paypal don't allow to use their system to accept / send payment with PTC websites . Is it True ?? Most of the PTC sites don't use paypal. I have asked about this to one of the biggest PTC website bux.to . They told paypal changed their tos against PTC websites .I went through the TOS but i can't find any .. Also some of the PTC sites still using PayPal example : neobux.com Help me to find the truth .
