    i'm new in oman
    and i have not yet bnak accont with business card
    i have 300 Euros in my paypal account ,
    i would like to recieve theme by western union
    i'will pay all fee
    please help

    It is totally impossible to receive your paypal money through western union. Currently using Xoom you can't transfer money to Oman.

    sorry but oman is not listed on Xoom's list... and you cant use xoom.. and also since you are not verifed, you cant send them money to anyone by xoom as xoom accept verified paypal... anyway, i will suggest you to wait till you get a bank account... and currency exchange is not allowed on this forum... and so you cant ask currency exchange on this forum....

    there's a company that is ranking quite high in google SE. they say they accept paypal to transfer to western union. but i find it atrocious that they charge almost 30% over the value you wish to send AND it takes 24 hours to reach you...

    i havent found another such like service but i am looking...
