Paypal to VISA atm card !

    Can one withdraw funds to VISA ATM card also ?

    and where is card verification number in the ATM ?

    Also can withdraw to Credit Card.

    For withdraw the money using credit, debit or prepaid card, just add the card, and get verified (request expuse code).

    If on credit card profile showing "available for withdraw" that is mean your card applicable for withdraw the money.

    Has the card to be of the country or can it for example be a German card for a listed countries PP?

    This should not even be an issue because by right, you can only open a Paypal account for the country you are residing and only use the credit card issued by the bank from that same country you reside in.

    Assuming you are from Germany and used a Germany Credit Card then No, it is not a country which you can withdraw to your credit card.

    But this is not correct: because opening a German PP account with a US CC, no problem witht this.

    you can't do that. You can do this only if you use VCC which has anonymous address

    Yes, right. Not problem add US CC since you can provide proof like CC statement etc.

    No! Also no problem to add a German CC to a French for example: there is no AVS (AdressVerificationService: I think only UK and US have this) in Germany or so so absolutely no problem

    Im not from US.
    My Personal PP added simon.com VCC (US CC).
    and simon vcc not anonymous now (AVS).
    I have declined when add that VCC to paypal.

    And after I add my address and zip code on simon site.
    that VCC worked..
    Have many transaction with my personal PP without any problem. :)
