    i add payoneer card to my paypal but now need to load money to card from paypal

    You must use a registered service with payoneer such as 2CO.

    i have add payoneer card on my paypal but can`t to withdrawal from paypal to payoneer...

    and i have 2checkout only i cantto create invoice on 2co and to pay that invoice with paypal to my invoice over 2co/paypal...and that will cost me 20-30$ on 100$ invoice and must to wait load 3-7 days..
