    you may loose your money or got banned from paypal if you use exchanger.Better if you first withdraw then upload to neteller

    Dont trust these sites.
    If it was so simple then money laundring would be super easy.
    What you can do is Paypal->bank->upload to neteller
    And this is the only legit way.

    Having a website that moves money from one website to another is illegal because anyone would do this and just withdraw funds from ATMs and avoid taxes.

    Money exchanger sites are best solution , to avoid the taxes and to make a rapid tranzaction...

    You can search an exchanger who accept "step by step" tranzaction , starting with small amounts to avoid to be scammed ..
