I need to add PayPal to my available payment methods to increase my auction traffic. After payment is sent to the person's PayPal, he will send it to my MoneyBookers account. Be careful. Neither PP or MB accepts exchanges. If they will find our you will have your accounts closed. This kinds of transactions are considered by them money loundering.
It is hard to ask for these type of offer especially your new to this forum. I think 1/3 of DP populations have this type of problems. I'm sure you will have hard time finding the right guy for your business. Anyway what country are you from?
Don't you have relatives in other country? Try to find someone you really know there that are now currently on other countries that can send/receive paypal funds instead of asking it here because I think it is too risky to trust someone about their money and account. What if you do fraudulent transaction? No offense but its really hard to trust someone especially your just new to this forum and don't have good rep here in DP.
