Since I have excess funds in my PayPal account, I need it converted to Indian Rupees and transferred to my bank account. Unfortunately, PayPal is offering a very bad exchange rate of just Rs. 38.15 per dollar as opposed to the current SPOT market exchange rate of Rs. 39.45 per dollar. I'm interested in dealing with someone who would be able to offer me a better rate than that offered by PAYPAL. I'd prefer a personal paypal account, as opposed to a premier or business account, since there won't be any paypal charges on transfering from one personal account to the other. If anyone is interested, do PM me your best offer (best exchange rate). I would like to transact in tranches of 100 dollars. If you have 20 or more iTraders, I'll transfer the money first. Else you will have to transfer funds to my bank account first immediately after which I'll pay you in PAYPAL.
