We know PayPal not working for Bank transactions can we withdraw fund from entropay to bank account- never seen so far hdfc offer permanent card- it don't work, do you know that? Kotak virtual card works as per some posters, I have account with HDFC, not tested but if kotak netcards work then HDFC netsafe card should work too. not sure
