    first you need to withdraw money from paypal to bank and use that money to load

    Yes,Unless you find a trusted person..The best way is withdraw money from paypal to bank,Then Add Funds to your epassporte..

    there is no transfer facility from paypal as its a loss to them

    There is only one way to load funds into ep is us bank/checking account.

    As far as i know, there is no other way....

    Paypal does not allow load money to epassporte card directly. You need first to withdraw money to your bank account from your paypal account, then load money to epassporte account from your bank account.

    paypal and epassporte are not merchants who work together and this is tough to find a person who can do it for you

    i have both account ..when i need paypal for my epass i had a friend in USA who do it for me for 10% commission
