I have done some withdrawal funds to my Unionbank EON bank account from February 19 and until now my money has not been appeared in my EON bank account for 7 days now. The status in paypal is completed and I have done some transactions before in this bank account and was able to received the money but now it is already 7 days and not yet appeared in my bank. Some of my withdrawals to other banks had already received for 5 days only so when I call its support system they say that the problem is in paypal because they are just receiving only .Right now I would like to call paypal about this but I have no idea of there phone number. I mean I wanted to talk to some paypal representative and not just automated voice call. Anyway is this paypal number 888-221-1161 or 402-938-3570. By the way am from Philippines so I wonder if what number to used in calling paypal to talk to there representative. Thanks
