Web payment firm Paypal has said it will block unsafe browsers from using its service as part of wider anti-phishing efforts. More on this story here.

I think it would probably be IE, but i'm not sure. If it was IE, Mozzila would get so many downloads.
If paypal told all IE users they have to download Mozzila to use their website, and offered the google refferal they would make alot. Probably In the $10,000 easy.

Unsafe browsers? What about unsafe users? Government agencies and contractors, consultants, are required to take, even though a simple one, an IT Security Awareness course online. PayPal should do the same to weed out retarded users who can not tell the difference between a phishing and real e-mail, or parents who can not control their kids online, etc. These are the ones I have to deal with on eBay everyday.
