Yes I am Indian. Okay, it means 50 rupee fee if less then 7k withdrawal and no fees if more then 7k withdrawal
yes, also it supports many major banks of india. like, SBI, ICICI, HDFC, CANARA Bank etc.. but IDBI is not there, and unfortunately i m having account with them
You just have to add your bank account number properly and IFSC code properly while bank withdrawal for smooth withdrawal. You can find IFSC code on your each cheque leaves or contact your bank branch for the same and they provide you. @SEOptimize - Open an account with SBI,HDFC or ICICI because its not that much hard
India seems to be the only country accorded the privilege of withdrawing money directly to your bank account in India. Most of the public sector banks along with major private sector banks like HDFC are supported. But please ensure that you put the correct codes otherwise they would deduct Rs. 250/- from the transaction. And it may also put your funds in jeopardy, at least it may take some additional time. Overall, it is a good opportunity. Anil Pandey
Well you can tarnsfer your funds in both of your condition. I have also VCC Verified account since two and half year and I had no problems with PayPal to ICICI Bank transfer. Last was tooks only 48 hours. You should withdraw your funds over 7000 INR.

yes i referred a friend to SBI n in half n hour he good the passbook n ATM as well the best sarkari gesture witnessed by me til date
Well that is true, no other country paypal members can withdraw to their Indian bank accounts but they can always withdraw to their local bank account. There are 23 other countries including the US that can do the same. However, India seems to be a late comer to have that ability. I am from Singapore and ever since I had my Paypal account years ago, I was able to withdraw to my Singapore bank account.
