    Thats not a possible thing to do, can't transfer funds from paypal to alertpay. I suggest you register for a debit card from your local bank. It can verify your Paypal account.

    Yeh, you can't transfer balance directly, but in-directly , you can if the person who has both accounts like me.

    its too simple. I don't know why people take it as that much complex.

    I can exchange alertpay & paypal balance. Charges Apply.

    No, you cannot transfer this money to alertpay, but u can get help from any person if anyone can support you which should be a paypal account holder.

    No it sucks the only real way to do it is add bank account to paypal account and send the money to your bank then add the funds to your alertpay that way but that takes time
