Paypal timeout issues?

    I've been having huge problems connecting to PayPal for at least month now.. does anyone know if they are having technical problems?

    I can load the paypal.com page most of the time (not always), and when I try to login it just times out... see this thread on paypal dev network for example, looks like I'm not the only one...

    Yes that is a real problem also for me. I think we should inform paypal abut this.

    yes such problems became quiet frequent for PayPal, also in May we were experiencing other problem with PayPal when callback URLs were not working properly for a couple of weeks so we couldn't know if our customers paid in order to prolong their accounts automatically. This brought us a lot of problems, cause we needed to login to PayPal account and check if the customer was made a payment and prolong manually each customer's account in our service. Then suddenly all these callbacks came in a couple of weeks.
