well only PayPal can answer your question.... but its possible to get limited more then 1 times.... i got limited 2 times for logging into my account from a Different ISP.... and both tthe time they limited my account as soon as i login from the other ISP and when i contact them, they said someone else login into my account.... which is a hackers issue.. but i know its no one else other then me... i have 2 different ISP so that if one get down, i can use the other... and when 1st one got down, i login to my paypal using the other one and they limited me after few hours.... so make sure your IP dont change or you dont login from a different ISP....
yeah, i agree with above, last week i got the same problem but i was able to solve my problem with in less than 24 hours. im afraid to be limited coz sooner ill be changing my isp so maybe i have to call them
I log in from several ISPs and multiple IPs, no problem - there must be more to it than that? Are you logging in from multiple ISPs simultaneously?
I've always logged into multiple IPs without a problem. I honestly don't know why they sent me the message. Because I am already limited. I'm waiting 180 days to get my money out...
try to solve it on the resolution center and pass them the documents that they need. and call them for sure it will be solved for just less than 24 hours.
