Hello Everyone, Sorry to do this to you but I am hugely f**ked off with paypal. There customer support is no existent. I had my account limited at the beginning of the month because I reported suspicious activity. Luckily it wasn't suspicious at all, I had just got confused. So I wanted the limitation to be limited on my account, so I rung them and the woman told me to scan a photo of my driving license and send it to there resolution center, assuring me that within a couple days everything would be back to normal. It is now the 19th June and the problem started on the 4th. I have been told that they will not lift the limits, despite being assured by the woman that they would be. I am about to launch a new company, and we need this account so we can pay for servers etc. Now I am really getting hacked off with them, I have rung the number on there website and all I get is a automated response idiot who tells me that I don't have any money in my account because it is limited - but I already know that! Paypal's customer service is the worst I have seen in a company, often I find companies annoying because when I phone up I get put through to someone who doesn't speak english. But with PayPal you cant even get through to a human being! Sorry to be so angry, but they are useless, I also cant create a new account because my bank details are in the limited account. And I also cant close the account because it is limited. Who the hell expects someone to verify who they are so they can close an account? I think everyone should boycott paypal and use a far better payment processor like Moneybookers, they are so much better, one click of a button and you can find a telephone number where you can speak to a person in the country you live! Yes, Moneybookers are superb, But most server operators only accept paypal, and all of my employees need to be paid through paypal! So I need that paypal account, but cant get hold of anyone Who is an experienced hacker, interested in getting paid alot to hack PayPal?
That sucks... I heard their seller protection is also almost non-existent. They seem to always be on the buyer's side.
Oh yeah, they really are bad. There is literally no customer support, hopefully one of the lazy managing directors will actually do something and sort my account out!
Nah, I sent my first driving license image over 2 weeks ago, with no response! If it doesnt get sorted then I wont be impressed! Formal complaints will be made to many people
Exactly! The paypal customer service is one of the worst available on the planet earth and we have to contend with it because there is no viable alternative
I actually really like Paypal and never had any problems with them. Not sure whether I understand the story of why your account got limited but keep calling or try to send a polite email explaining everything from the beginning. Hope it works out.
Paypal is good till you do n't have any problems if there are any problems then be prepared to face the worst customer care in the world!
Sorry for you friend. The Worst in Paypal is payments charge back or reversing money. Scammers are enjoying Paypal.

Another debate on the worlds worst service! I guess a similar thread has been seen over a hundred thousand times. Why don't Paypal improve???
I totally agree I had a problem a couple of weeks back and so I contacted customer service but then just replied with alot of jargon and pushed aside the actual question that I had asked them in the first place. I contacted them 5 times each with the exact same email to different customer service reps and each couldnt give me a straight forward answer. Got very annoyed and just left it at that.
You should submit additional documents to them instead of just one. I sent around 4 documents when my account got limited. It took one day for them to restore my account
I would have read that whole arguement but it failed at "There customer support..." so I only read the first paragraph. It's "Their". But really it just sounds like you getting pissed off because paypal doesn't think the world revolves around you.
