My paypal withdrawal has still not been transferred to my bank account, and paypal has just sent me a reply to my inquiry with a phone number asking me to call them because of the huge volume of of email inquiries over the holidays. This is the number:1-402-938-3570 Is that a toll free number? Do I need a code? Any idea which code an Indian needs to use to access the number? Any help would be appreciated.
Well it's USA numbers and you need ISD line to talk with PayPal. You can make a call from any call centre ( Not BPO one. ) which offers to calls outside from India.

pervert, look up virtual phone service on google, there are many that will cater to your need. I know they like to prohibit india from everything, but I'm pretty sure virtual phone service is not one of those things they've tried to close off yet.

yes gizmo is free but when i call to paypal woman robot talk to me..and she said to pres 1...then 2 on mobile number..how to pres number when i talk with microphone? btw i'm from Bulgaria..and every time i call to paypal .only woman robot talk with me...this make me nervous ,How i can find real person to talk? imagine if i had to use gsm what bill i have to pay..wow.
