paypal, taxes, india anyone can help?

    Hi,

    Can someone elaborate on :


    1. If we use paypal as payment gateway for our online selling of products then what wil be tax rules (specially for international selling).
    2. In which currency will you invoice customers, USD or INR since paypal pays you in INR but on website payments are accepted in USD.

    Then in which currency would you invoice your customer USD or INR?
    Also assume it is Goods (religious goods are free of tax in india).
    So I think we will just have to pay income tax.

    Obviously you need to send an invoice in USD to your customer (through paypal).
