    How Can I get Paypal Tax ID number?

    I am living outside of USA but my Paypal account is register in USA

    Your account access has been limited because you have not submitted your
    Tax ID number to us. To remove these limitations, provide us your Tax ID
    number, which is one of the following:

    - Your Social Security Number (SSN)
    - Your Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN)
    - Your Employer Identification Number (EIN)


    Please help me to solve this problem

    One way or another, what you are asking for is trouble. Just deal with the consequences of providing fake data and move on.

    I have never heard of a non-American being prompted for a tax ID number (nor do I recall PayPal asking me for one because the sender of the money will do the reporting), unless they falsely stated an American address. I think the best that can be done would be to apply for an ITIN number for non-resident foreign nationals. If possible. See this:
